The 4.5th Board of Dentatus

President

Kylian Knetemann

Hi, good to see you!

Welcome to the Dentatus website, my name is Kylian and I am the president of the 4.5th board of Dentatus. I am 25 years old and I currently live in Zoetermeer. I have a background in Systems Engineering Policy Analysis & Management and I aspire to become a strategic consultant. Outside of being the president of the 4.5th board of Dentatus, I like to hang out with friends, dance salsa, and exercise. During my term, I will be focussing on maintaining the Delft identity in the Hague, keeping the EPA community growing, and establishing relations with companies and other study associations.

If you’d like to have a chat with me, feel free to shoot us an email!

Secretary

Lotte Lourens

Hi, I’m Lotte, Secretary of Dentatus and your go to person for when you need a hug after a long day on the fifth floor.

EPA is a cozy place and that’s why you’ll see me around often. I enjoy meeting up with people in and out of classes to just chit chat. I am very easy to talk to, all you have to do to find me is meet me at the kitchen where I am most likely making myself a cup of tea.

I did my Bachelor’s at TPM in Delft and want to specialize in environmental systems engineering and modelling. In between all of the studying, I do like to get some fun. I am a cinemaphile and a casual shopaholic. I also like sports (watching, not playing) and my favourite place to go to is the zoo (n.b. sloths are my favourite animal).

Besides all of that, I am going to be the one making sure you attend your Dentatus events. I know that EPA can be stressful and that’s why I am going to do my best to make sure that you get your dose of EPA fun. After all, between all of the deadlines we have, it’s important not to forget to take some well deserved breaks. Feel free to approach me about anything you want, I promise I won’t bite.

Treasurer

Jin Rui Yap

I come from Malaysia, where I first cultivated my obsession with cooking and enjoying good food. I earned my bachelor's degree in the United States and spent a few years working as a building enclosures engineer before starting in EPA. I have enjoyed learning about applying EPA-esque tools on topics related to urban science, disaster risk management and social inclusion + fairness. I enjoy bad jokes, making food for friends and still think that there should be a hiking club at TU Delft.

Commisioner of Education

Eva Brink

Born and raised in Portugal, I am the Commissioner of Education. After doing my bachelors in Mechanical Engineering in Coimbra (Portugal), I realized that there was something lacking in my studies. I then did a year of Project Management at the University of Wollongong (Australia), where I also re-discovered my passion for backpacking, driving, the ocean and people! After coming back, I volunteered at a refugee camp during the summer. After this, I joined EPA with one thing in mind - create a bridge between my engineering mindset and making an impact in the world.
